What does “social distancing” mean for the body of Christ? Although, for a time, we are not able to meet together corporately, the leadership at Zion’s River is committed to building up our church family and engaging our community through the following:
Greetings to All My Friends at Zion’s River,
Things have obviously changed on how we’re going to function based upon the announcements March 16th, by the CDC, Governor Jay Inslee, and the President of the United States.
We have been asked to suspend all gatherings in an effort to shut down the spread of COVID-19, and we support this noble effort.
The world has changed much due to this pandemic, and we truly do understand how difficult it will be on all of us. But before I say anything else, I would like to encourage you that God is in this with you, and we will come out of the other side doing well. We don’t have to be afraid; but we do need to operate with wisdom and love.
