Spreading the fire of God’s presence and power to every community in Pierce County.
Connection Groups are the heart of Zion’s River. Led by members, these small groups meet weekly in homes and other locations around the Tacoma area. The meeting format provides members with an intimate setting where they can grow in their relationships with both God and other people. The bottom line is that Connection Groups are all about cultivating life and community as members become the eyes, ears, mouth, and hands of Jesus. Interested? Sam: “I have a heart to see men restored and living the God-life they were born to live. I enjoy a good steak and fellowship with other men. This group of men encourages each other, shares their stories and experiences, and works to apply the Word of God together. If you’re looking for a few good men to grow stronger with, this is your group.
Phillip: “I was Spirit-led to Zion’s River in 2017. I’ve found that the same Spirit was present on Sunday mornings. Learning what salvation is, I began attending a Connection Group, where I developed relationships, encouragement and support. Transformation is real! Now I have the opportunity to facilitate a Connection Group. Spirit have your way!”
